A trio of booklets that include the titles ‘Guide to the Building Stones of Downtown Cincinnati: A Walking Tour’ (1996) and ‘Eastern State Penitentiary ~ Crucible of Good Intentions’ (1994). And also, a very scarce yet influential booklet titled ‘Transactions of the American Philosophical Society ~ Three Revolutionary Architects, Boullee, Ledoux, and Lequeu’ by Emil Kaufmann, volume 42, part 3 with 1952 copyright. This booklet provides an important article in the history of the development of modern design.

- wear consistent with age, writing to the inside cover page of Emil Kaufmann’s booklet.
