Also, ‘The Practical Requirements of Modern Buildings’ by Eugene Clute, published by The Pencil Points Press, Inc. of New York, copyright 1928; a visual delight; and the recent but now very collectible and valuable ‘In Its Place: The Architecture of Carl Strauss and Ray Roush’, essay by Jayne Merkel, photographs by Corson Hirschfeld, published by The Contemporary Arts Center of Cincinnati with 1984 copyright date; providing lovely views and an interview with the late great Cincinnati architect Carl Strauss and his long-term partner.

- overall. The hard cover books have wear and stain, toning consistent with age. The paper cover book is good.
