A collection of ten stamp collecting books. First is a 1903 Scotts Standard Postage Stamp Catalog, 1968 American Stampless Cover Catalog by E. N. Sampson, !942 Revenue Stamps of the United States 1862-1899 edited by Roger W. Sargent, and 1981 Printing Postage Stamps by line engraving by James H. Baxter. Next is a 1979 Revenue Stamps of the United States by Christopher West, a 1971 Priced Guide to Philatelic Literature, and a 1959 Dietz Confederate States Catalog and hand-book. Also included is a 1963 Billings Philatelic Handbook, and 1979 How to detect Damaged, Altered, and Repaired Stamps by Paul W. Schmid. Last is a Transcription of the Official Record Book of the Post Office Department July 1, 1847- June 30, 1851. The books are all in good to very good condition.
