Lyrical Abstraction artist, Gustave Singier, was born in 1909 in Warneton, Belgium. He attended the Boulle School for three years before working as a designer of interior architecture and furniture. In 1945, Singier became one of the founding members of the Salon de Mai. His art ranges from mural painting, tapestry, lithographs, illustration, and stained glass to costumes and theatre set design. Singier’s art is featured in various public and private collections.
