• All diamond and gemstone grading is done under GIA standards as the mounting permits, where gemstones are present; where mountings impede accurate measurements, (estimated) dimensions are provided. All weights and measurements are estimated and approximate. Weights are inclusive of all materials. Treatments for jadeite and other gemstones are assumed unless otherwise noted.

• Pre-owned jewelry and watches may have minor markings/imperfections throughout and may have been modified from their original retail condition.

• EBTH follows CITES and ESA regulations for wildlife; currently we do not ship Black Bear products outside Ohio. The winner will provide proof of current local residence. Please bid accordingly.
