Published in 1878 by Harper & Brothers Publishers of New York. This rare architectural pattern book was the first to introduce Americans to Queen Anne style. It includes 100 original designs of cottages, villas and mansions. Full decorated cover bound in red cloth with gilt lettering to front cover and spine.

- fair, wearing to corners and spine. front cover is coming loose as well as some pages. pages also show toning and there is wear where a sticker once was to the inside of cover’s front board
