An original circa 1960s-1970s Hanna Barbera Touché Turtle and Dum Dum cartoon cel from the Hanna Barbera studio in Hollywood, CA. This one is a single cel depicting Dum Dum standing with the little musketeer turtle Touché. The cel consists of three parts, a back board with a hand painted scene, a clear plastic transparency on top with the two characters on it and a protective clear plastic cover sheet. The cel is framed in a off-white matting.
