Condition
- Car starts, runs, and stops. The vehicle has been in a few minor accidents as evidenced by the duct tape holding the front bumper on and the miscellaneous scrapes and dents. The oil change required service light is on. The vehicle does have a new battery but it has been sitting for some time and we recommend that it is taken to a competent mechanic and thoroughly checked out before being declared roadworthy as it has been sitting for some time.

- Please note that payment for motor vehicles can only be rendered by cashier’s check or wire transfer. Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. - EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.
- Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.
- The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
