A pair of Bergamont Brass Works ‘Alice in Wonderland’ pewter buckles. One buckle is engraved with a scene titled ‘The Mad Tea Party’ with excerpt from the book quoted to the reverse. This lot also includes a buckle engraved with Alice and the Caterpillar; ‘…Who are you? said the caterpillar’ is engraved to the reverse.
Condition
- there is a wear to the edges. Wear consistent with age.
