Item Details
A vintage hand carved chess set features a fold-up board, with carvings of birds to the bands and outside, intricately carved white tiles, with detailed color, along with black tiles playing surface. The 32 playing pieces (16 ‘white’ and 16 black) each appear hand carved in an Asian influence, in black and tan lacquered wood with green felt base. The box folds up for easy transportation and storage, and features decorative brass backplates and handles.
