Item Details
A .25 liter pottery beer stein made in Germany in 1895 by Villeroy and Boch at their Mettlach factory, form #2177/959. This is a print under glaze scene of a resting knight with his beer designed by Heinrich Schlitt. It has a pewter thumb lift lid and 1/4 L is marked on the rim near the handle.
