An impressive cast spelter statue after sculptor ‘Jean-Louis Gregoire’ (French 1840-1890), depicting cupid and two putti figures. A weighted piece with a bronze patina. All three are winged and displayed as boyish, portrayed with different symbolic images; an arrow, a heart and a torch. They are cast upon a floral draped rocky base signed into cast ‘L. Gregoire’. Title ’Love’s Victory’, origin France, circa 1840-1890.

- fair, cracks visible to foot and to elbow.
