Item Details
An antique W.B. Jr. & Co. ironstone china five-piece commode set. The set includes a large pitcher, extra large lidded pot with handles, a covered chamber pot, mug and vase. The styling of the pieces includes pink ribbon, hand painted purple and yellow pansies, scalloped edge, pink ribbon finial to the lids and gold accents throughout. These items are marked to the underside.
Condition
The pitcher is fair with staining and crazing. The covered pot with double handles is good overall with crazing, hairline crack to the lid. The chamber pot is good to very good. The mug is good, needs cleaning. The vase is good with crazing.
Dimensions
The pitcher is 11"H x 9"W x 6.25"D, the covered pot with double handles is 14.5"H x 12"W x 10"D, the chamber pot is 8"H x 10.25"W x 8.5"D, the mug is 3.5"H and the vase is 5’H.
