Antique Sack-Back with Comb Windsor Armchair
Item Details
An antique sack-back with comb Windsor armchair with rush seat. This unique Windsor armchair has a continuous knuckle arm, spindle back and a medium maple finish. The unusual rush seat replaces the usual oval, uses American Windsor turnings and ends with a splayed simple taper foot. An ‘Alms and Doepke Dry Goods Company’ sticker is on the bottom of the chair. Duplicate chair listed as item 14CIN167-018.
