Frommeyer discovered art at the age of 15, after the tragic loss of his father in a car accident. He found solace in expressing his emotions and anxiety through the powerful use of color, stating that as he paints his soul feels no boundaries, allowing him to move from color to color with ease, eventually creating stunning, abstract works. His large-scale expressive compositions are rendered on raw denim and portray his present emotions.
