Large Mexican Silver-Plated and Abalone Inlay Lobed Vase, Mid-20th Century
Item Details
Large, globular vase with a slightly flared neck, exhibiting a hand-hammered texture on a silver-plated base metal body. The upper register features a geometric mosaic of iridescent abalone shell inlay, separated from the ribbed lower body by a distinctive zig-zag silver-toned silver band. Mid-20th Century (Circa 1940s–1960s).
