- good condition overall. The car runs, drives, and stops. There is evidence of prior drivers side front damage that has been repaired and a few minor dings and scrapes. The TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light is on but all of the tires have the correct pressure. Preview available by appointment only.

• EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.

• Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.

• The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
