- fair to good condition overall. The car runs, drives, and stops. There are a few minor scrapes and dings. There are a few rust bubbles starting to appear above the wheel wells. The windshield appears to have been replaced and the rubber on the front windshield is coming out at the top of both sides. The interior has a few tears in the upholstery. Preview is available by appointment only.

• EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.

• Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.

• The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
