A fun lot that includes a book titled ‘Step Right Up!’ by Dan Mannix, written in 1950. ‘A true story of carnival life in which the author learns the tricks of the trade, meets wonderful people (and some crooks) and lives an odd and interesting life’. It has the original colorful dust jacket. A great addition to the circus memorabilia collection. Also in this lot is a box of vintage magic tricks. There are fortune telling cards, Nail thru the finger Illusion in the original box, magic wood puzzles, metal bend puzzles, Hindu beads in the original box, and more. Most items have original directions to help out. No dates can be found but looks to be from 1940-1960s.
