- good condition overall. The car runs, drives, and stops. There are minor imperfections including a scratch on the passenger side front damper along with a loose piece. The car does have a slight transmission fluid leak. The check engine light is on but that is due to the modifications that have been made to increase the performance. The car has had suspension modifications including Eibach springs, as well as fuel injector, supercharger, exhaust, and chip modifications to increase the horsepower. The car has been dynoed at over 600HP. It does have a few minor grocery cart dings, and the sunroof is not retracting.

- Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.
- The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
