Hand-Painted Vintage Two-Man Crosscut Saw

A hand painted, vintage two-man crosscut saw, painted by Michael Ritchie. The oil painting depicts a stately red house amongst leafy green trees. Flanking the central image are two grassy hills. The artist has signed his work to the right of one of the hills. The other side of the saw blade is unpainted and is coated with a thin layer of rust to give it that ‘aged’ look. The two wooden handles are firmly attached with cast iron brackets.

Condition

Light rust to one side of saw blade, consistent with age.
