Vintage Oak Box on Brass Stand

Item Details

A vintage oak box on a brass stand. This unique box has a hinged lid with four large, brass button accents. Inside, there is an open compartment along the back and a hidden compartment along the side. Chinoiserie style handles are present on either side of the box, while an ornate brass lock and four more brass buttons.

Condition

Lid hinges are slightly bent and could use some tightening. Gaps in two corner joints of the lid. Patina on brass legs, consistent with age.
