- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/small chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use (front skirt below drawer has a veneer loss); scattered finish wear/losses and stains (top of upper case has some moisture damage and resulting veneer cracks and bubbling); upper case with loose and detached joints thus it is not structurally stable.
