Theodore Haviland 'Eden' and Limoge 'Castel' Tea Cups

A group of two French tea cups and saucers, Theodore Haviland ‘Eden’ pattern and Limoge ‘Castel’ pattern. The Theodore Haviland ‘Eden’ pattern double handle tea cup has a colorful floral grouping, while the rims are finished in a yellow and red geometric pattern and gilded at the edge. Inside the cup is a Bird of Paradise perched upon a cherry branch studded with pink blossoms. The Limoge ‘Castel’ pattern has a center medallion of a man and woman on the front of the cup with gold stars on the back. This cup also had a gilded handle and trim on the edges of the cup and saucer.
