An original watercolor by local juried artist Howard G. Kay. A wonderful painting depicting a view of the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge with the Cincinnati skyline in the background. Signed to lower right corner. The painting is double matted in a taupe mat under a white mat and is framed in a wood frame with gilt border.

- there are a few minor nicks to frame.
