An artisan hand built carousel with a rotating center section and colorful lit bulbs in both the base and the tented roof, circa 1960. The tented roof has pierced torch cut detailing and eight cut out figures that are in motion at the rotating base. The carousel operates by a switch at the cord.

- missing pennant flags and arch detail from tent form shade; item was tested to be working.
