Fur coat- matting to underfur along the edges of fur coat; surface wear to lining; broken tack stitching/drooping lining at the hem; light shedding; staining and discoloration to lining; pelt is split at one shoulder; loop for top button is broken; rip to lining above tag.
Wool coat- fiber residue throughout; discoloration to lining; light shedding to collar; loose threads; light snags; last button coming loose.
