- railing is missing to University Club building; revolving interior light is mounted on cardboard which is slightly uneven; interior scene to dressmaker’s is loose and angled slightly forward; light paint scuffs and loss throughout; heavy abrasions to metal pond; some bends to trees with missing flocking.
