- no glazing present to either frame; toning, scattered scuffs, stains, and accretions to print and board of each artwork; small splits between the corners of frame bars; abrasions, scuffs, and accretions to both frames; tears, peeling, and handling wear to paper backing at the verso of each frame.

- measurements of larger frame (The Pink Peach Tree), with visible image measuring 17.75" W x 23.75" H; smaller frame measures 22.75" W x 18.25" H x 1.5" D, with visible image measuring 21.25" W x 16.75" H.
