- examined under UV light; flecks of white discoloration and small spots of flaked loss scattered to paint; craquelure, scratches, scuffs, and accretions to paint throughout, with more significant accretions along the upper and right sides of painting; small indentations to canvas visible where the painting presses against the interior border of the stretchers; small holes and fraying to canvas along the edges of the painting.
