Condition
- probably a former music box cabinet which has been adapted (the mechanism has been removed thus there is a paperboard-covered rectangular cutout to upper well as well as to back of underlying drawer); overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; scattered paint wear/losses, stains, and touchups; some former worming and corresponding marks; the underside of the case has a built up/later baseboard and replaced castors; missing drawer handles; interior lockplates are associated; hand-painted mat has a ring stain.
