A painting, the third in a series of four, by GE engineer Carl Siple (Cincinnati). This original was done for an advertising campaign for General Electric during the Cold War. This scene shows the masses of individuals assembled near a depiction of the earth with a sickle and hammer depicted overhead; others look on. This is an unframed piece done on Crescent illustration board. There is a sticker on the bottom right reading ‘AU GE ANPD Art Unit Carl Siple’.
