Venetian Painted and Parcel-Gilt Oak Armchair, Ex. Estate of Hilary Knight

Item Details

The chair, covered in printed star velour, was decorated by Hilary Knight, and was a gift from Kay Thompson. She only gave him two thirds of the chair and asked him to pay the remaining third, just like their contract for ‘Eloise’. Included with this lot is a copy of ‘Eloise’ signed by Hilary Knight.
