A generous shelf lot of vintage children’s books dating from the early to mid 20th century. A featured book is ‘Snow White’, animated by Julian Wehr, 1949, by Duenewald Printing Corporation, a spiral bound book that includes four intricate moving illustrations with tabs. Also included is ‘Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse’s Summer Vacation’ by Walt Disney Productions and ‘Bugs Bunny’s Adventures’ by Warner Bros. Cartoons, Inc both books with copyright 1948, Whitman Publishing Co., Racine, WI. There is also a signed book by Seckatary Hawkins, ‘The Red Runners’, illustrated by Carll B. Williams, 1922, Robert F. Schulkers, Cincinnati. The hard bound book includes stories that originally appeared in The Cincinnati Enquirer. Another hard bound book is ‘The Story of a Bold Tin Soldier’ by Laura Lee Hope, illustrated by Harry L. Smith, 1920, Grossett & Dunlap, New York. This wonderful offering has fabric books, Dick and Jane books, historical books for youths, classics and reference books.
