Rick Akers is an Ohio-based artist most known for his Impressionist-style Plein-air paintings. He has a degree from the University of Dayton in commercial design and continued his studies by collecting antiques and vintage paintings. Aker’s work is represented in both local and national collections. He is currently represented by the Sharon Weiss Gallery in Columbus, Ohio.
Condition
- presented slightly off-center within the frame, with a tiny gap visible between the edges of the painting and frame along the upper left side; lightly scattered scuffs and flecks of accretions to paint; chips and flaked loss to the gold-toned paint and veneer of frame; scratches, scuffs, and accretions to frame.
