Note is signed by Julian and Morgenthau and issued by the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Ohio. Note features Benjamin Franklin on the obverse and Independence Hall on the reverse. Serial D00127196A. Note measures 6 1/8′ × 2 5/8’. Note has fold lines and light staining to edges and reverse.
