Collection of Teacups

A mixed collection of eight teacup and saucer sets plus a vintage Irish Porcelain flower shaped blue and green small dish. This lot includes a lovely Imari Japan gold decorated demitasse teacup and saucer, a large Blue Danube blue and white set, delicate peppermint stripe Imperial Bavaria teacup set, an ‘occupied Japan’ cloverleaf-shaped ‘Spring Violets’ teacup, and a mixed makers Japan rose spray set. Finally there is a set of three matching demitasse barrel-shaped tea cups with bright wildflower trim, and marked simple Germany to the base. The teacup sets feature hallmarks to their bases, and the Irish Porcelain is incised with ‘Made in Ireland Wade Co Armagh’.
Condition
- two small chips to the blue danube tea cup, with some gold loss to the Japan set.
Dimensions
- largest tea cup listed “Blue Danube” with a 6" diameter saucer, the remaining sets are smaller. The small dish is 5" long by 3.25" wide.
