Renate Burgyan Fackler is the owner of Chrysalis Sculpture Studio, where she lives in New Albany, Ohio. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Journalism and studied art at The Columbus College of Art and Design, Johnson’s Atelier and Columbia University. With 35 years of experience in bronze sculpture, Fackler says, “I have a particular fondness for bronze because it lasts forever”. Fackler’s public installations include the Works Museum and John Glenn International Airport. Her works can also be found at the Ohio State University, The Herb Society of America, the White House, Washington, D.C. and more.
