A group of six obsolete currency notes including the following: 1854 $5 note from the Mechanics bank of Memphis, TN; 1848 $2 note from the Commercial bank of New Jersey, ; 1859 $2 note from the American Bank; $1 note from the state bank of New Brunswick; 1824 $1 note from the Jersey bank, and an 1852 $1 note from the Lewis county bank of Martinsburgh, New York. The notes vary in size. The notes are circulated with varying degrees of wear and/or damage.
