- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; retains an old, if not original, dark finish with scattered wear/losses and crazing; needlepoint back and seat covers appear to be later as well as underlying plywood seat panel (fabric panel on back verso has some stains and a threadbare spot); leg/seat rail joints with some glue reinforcements, later screws, and variable looseness.
