- missing leather to the front brim of the helmet; cracks and embedded residue to the leather; the leather is dry and brittle; the date of 1991 is hand-painted on the back brim in red paint; paint loss to the eagle finial; discoloration; the inner lining is stained with tears; missing chin strap; any alterations or additions to this antique helmet may exist.
