- paint loss; brim and crown metal portions of the helmet are bent with indentations; embedded residue and flaking debris; some cracks and scuffs to the leather front shield badge; inner fabric lining shows stains and residue; the Cairns & Bro metal maker’s tag is presented; any additions or alterations to this vintage firefighting helmet are unknown.
