- the artwork has been examined under UV light and shows no apparent signs of repairs; curling and minor warping to the canvas board within the frame; the canvas of the canvas board appears to have come partially loose along the left region of the painting, as evidenced by buckling of the canvas; discoloration, scuffs, and accretions to paint along the lower edge of the painting, likely from contact wear with a frame; minor scratches and scuffs to paint visible towards the upper right corner of the painting; light craquelure, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, and accretions to paint scattered throughout; tiny gaps present between the bars of frame at the upper left and lower left corners; abrasions, scratches, scuffs, minor adhesive residue, and discoloration to frame.
