J. Popolin is a contemporary American Abstract Expressionist artist. Popolin, a native of Cincinnati, has a BA in Fine Arts from Marietta College and attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati and The Parsons School of Design in NYC. The artist was formerly a long-term studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic neighborhood and arts district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati.
