- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; scattered finish wear and stains; some former pest damage including worming and mouse chew (with associated marks and losses); cornice molding with a repair to right corner; some of the door hinges have been replaced, re-mounted, and with mount repairs (doors do not close completely); interior of upper cabinet has been cutout to accommodate a tv (also a small hole cutout of one backboard); right case stile and nearby door with patch repairs; cupboard leans backward slightly.
