Monica Cascio is a painter based in Texas. While self-taught at an early age, she later attended the Fredericksburg Artists School and studied under visiting artists such as Lois Griffel, Ron Rencher and Dennis Perrin. Working mainly in oil, Cascio creates vibrantly colored landscapes and portraits of farm animals in contemporary style. Cascio is a member of the Oil Painters of America (OPA) and American Women Artists (AWA). Her works are privately collected.
