- many signs of restoration work including inpainting throughout the composition; significant impact crackle to the face, hand to the left, and shoulders of the figure; moderate craquelure to the arms and abdomen of the figure; slight cracking to the frame at the corners and to the left of the figure’s elbow; small loss to the upper left corner of the frame; composition not firmly set in frame.
