Ancient Roman AE Antoninianus of Emperor Victorinus, 269–271 AD. Obverse: IMP C VICTORINVS PF AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust of Victorinus facing left, holding spear over shoulder and shield decorated with the facing head of Medusa Reverse: PIETAS AVG, Pietas, veiled, standing and facing left sacrificing over an altar and holding a box of perfumes. Reference: AGK 16b. Metal Content: bronze. Diameter: approx. 19.25, Coin is circulated with light wear.
