Vintage Hummel "Street Singer" Figurine

A vintage Goebel Hummel figurine titled ‘Street Singer’ features a young lad with tails and top hat singing with joy. Marked to the base ‘Germany’ with incised 131 mold number, and the trademark 2 Goebel date mark to the base.
Condition
- rough edge to front half of the top hat and small chip to the hair forelock
