Based in Florida, Milagros Pongo is a Peruvian-Paraguayan artist working in mixed media. She studied art under Porfirio Bustos and founded an organization, Sumarte Paraguay. She has been featured in art exhibitions internationally, including in Korea, Germany, France, South Africa, and the Americas. She is a member of UNESCO Spain.
